Right of revocation

The below right of revocation will not apply in instances where the goods ordered are intended for use for your own commercial activities or activities as a self-employed person respectively.

You may revoke your declaration of intention within two (2) weeks in text format without giving any reasons (such as by mail, facsimile or electronic mail), or through return of the goods respectively.

This time limit will commence on the day following the receipt of the goods.

To keep this time limit for revocation, it is adequate for you to dispatch or mail the goods or the notification of revocation within said time limit respectively.

This right of revocation does not apply to any goods or objects that are made to customer's specifications or that are clearly customized to personal requirements or that do not lend themselves to return due to their nature or condition.

Consequences of revocation
In instances of effective revocation, the services or payments received by either Party hereto must be given back and returned or any exploitation or utilization derived therefrom surrendered respectively.

Goods capable of being shipped as a parcel must be returned at our risk.

Goods not capable of being shipped as a parcel will be picked up at your place.

Maps will safely reach us if not rolled as they may break otherwise.

For returns of deliveries the order value of which is forty (40) Euros or less, you shall bear the costs for such return if the goods supplied and delivered are in conformity with the goods as ordered. For returns of deliveries the total order value of which is more than forty (40) Euros you shall bear the costs for such return if you have failed to make a consideration or partial payment respectively at the time of revocation and if the goods supplies and delivered are in conformity with the goods as ordered. In other circumstances, the return will be free of charge for you.

Should you not be able to return the goods received in whole or in part or should you return the goods received in a deteriorated quality only, you may have to provide compensation as the case may be. In instances of transfer of assets or the use thereof this will not apply if deterioration of the quality of the goods is solely caused by inspection of the latter. In other respects, you may want to avoid having to provide compensation by using the goods as little as possible or by refraining from doing anything that might impair the value of said goods.

You shall fulfill obligations to refund payments within thirty (30) days from mailing or posting your declaration of revocation.
